We carry out systematic fault-finding to determine whether the issue is within the appliance, gas supply, regulator, controls or ignition system.

1. Inspect and diagnose

We inspect the appliance, confirm the reported fault and test the relevant gas, ignition and safety components. Where necessary, we also check the appliance operating pressure and gas supply.

2. Explain and repair

Once the fault has been identified, we explain the required work and obtain approval before proceeding. Repairs are completed using suitable components and proven servicing methods.

3. Test and recommission

The appliance is tested after the repair to confirm correct ignition, flame stability, operating pressure and general function. We clean the immediate work area and explain what has been completed.
